Rick Rowland's Pacolet Art
Rick Rowland is a gifted Spartanburg area artist. He has done a tremendous service in helping preserve Pacolet's history through his art. He has drawn some incredibly detailed pictures of Pacolet High School, the Pacolet Mills Elementary School, the Hall (YMCA) and several others.
